Link Homes was founded on the vision of bringing together local building knowledge and large, corporate buying power to create highly successful small to medium size building operations throughout Australia.
We achieve this through creating truly unique and stylish homes at an affordable price for our customers, negotiating exceptional national buying agreements for our licensee’s and connecting customers to our building network through innovative marketing and genuine understanding of the customers need.
Our management team was over 80 years combined experienced in the building industry, including low and high rise residential & commercial and large multi-unit developments. Link Homes has also licensed multiple designs that have attracted awards from the Master Building Association (MBA) and Housing Industry Association (HIA).
Our Corporate Structure
Link Homes Australia is a subsidiary of the Link Australia Group with head office based in Ipswich, Queensland. The Link Australia Group has divisions in building, development, real estate sales, property management and finance making it a diverse company spanning all aspects of the broader property industry.
Each Link Homes Building licensee runs their own independent business. This means combining localized knowledge, experience and community values with the buying power of a large corporate entity to assist with purchasing products and materials at a national level. And this all translates to better quality homes at the most cost-effective prices.
